This initiative, themed “Free Lunch for the Nation’s Children”, aims to support government programs focused on improving children's welfare, particularly in nutrition and education. The goal is not only to bring joy but also to ensure that students have the energy and nourishment needed to focus on their studies.
A Day of Joy and Gratitude
Under the warm Papuan sun, children eagerly lined up with bright smiles, waiting for their meals. As the soldiers of Task Force Yonif 501/BY served them nutritious food, laughter and excitement filled the air.
"Thank you, Pak Tentara! The food is delicious, and I’m so happy to have lunch with my friends!" said Yulius (9), one of the students, his eyes shining with joy.
This initiative is not just about providing food—it is a tangible step in supporting national efforts to enhance children’s nutrition and overall health, ensuring they grow into a strong, intelligent, and capable generation.
